Meteora Tour - 1 full day

This is a fascinating tour towards central Greece passing from Thermpolyae where we can take a short break at the statue of King Leonidas of Ancient Sparta proceeding towards the towns of Lamia, Trikala and Kalabaka, a small town built by the Majestic rocks of the Meteora monasteries as seen on the James Bond movie (For your eyes only). We will visit 2 or 3 different monasteries, have dinner at a famous restaurant where many International celebrities have visited and we will also visit an outlet store of fine Orthodox icons (if desired). This is probably the best tour you can choose as it offers unique and unprecedented sightseeing.

Athens Tour

You can obtain a taste of the City's major ancient and modern sites of interest. The tour can include an overview of the modern Mediterranean city with the contradicting remains of the ancient glorious times of Greece. The acropolis rock with the magnificent temple of Parthenon is a place you must not miss while you are in Athens as well as the Acropolis museum which is located on the rock. The Panathenium stadium is where the first Modern Olympic Games were held in 1896. Lycabytus is a small mountain in the center of the city with a fine restaurant where you can get a panoramic view of Athens. Athens has many cultural events all year around. Before coming to Athens you should check out what's on in town. You may choose between having dinner in Mikrolimano which offers superb Greek Seafood restaurants or in a typical Greek "taverna" in Plaka with live floor show. Sounion:

The drive to Sounio is approximately 45 klm from Athens along the coastal road past the wonderful beaches of Glyfada, Vouliagmeni, and Varkiza. Experience one of the most spectacular views of the Saronic Gulf, a feature of the tour Cape Sounion, dominated by the spectacular Temple of Poseidon overlooking the Aegean sea.

Pelponesse Tour:

Depart from Athens towards the Corinth Canal driving along the coastal road of the Saronic Gulf. Visit the Ancient theatre in Epidaurus, world famous for its outstanding acoustics. Proceed to Nauplio with its Venetian Fortress known as Palamidi and the fortified isle of Bourtzi afloat in the middle of the bay. Then through the plain of Argos arrive at Mycaene, Visit the Lion Gate, the Cylopian Walls, the Palace and the Tomb of Agamemnon.

Delphi Tour

Drive through Levadia and Arachova (beautiful typical Greek small towns with many restaurants, bars, and shops). Arrive in Delphi, the ancient sanctuary of Apollo. Visit the Museum where one can see among other archaeological treasures, the unique bronze Charioteer, then proceed through the sacred way to the Athenian treasury. Visit the Temple of Apollo, the Castalia Spring etc. (Winter: Option to visit the Parnassos Ski resort).
